We inventory and test accessible smoke and CO alarms, document fire-extinguisher presence and location, and coordinate standard local transport when an authorized fire-protection company needs to inspect, service, recharge, tag, or replace an extinguisher.
Fire-protection company charges, inspection or municipal fees, alarm devices, batteries, extinguisher recharge or replacement, mounting changes, permits, corrections, and access beyond a standard step ladder—including tall ladders, scaffolding, or lifts—are quoted separately. Wired alarm, electrical, and regulated fire-protection work is performed by appropriately licensed or certified partners. Inspection approval is never guaranteed.
Arrival Ready

Before you arrive, we follow the property's written instructions, check authorized comfort and utility settings, review the visible condition, handle accessible deliveries or requested setup, and publish a timestamped photo report.
Cleaning, groceries, linens, consumables, repairs, special-access equipment, security monitoring, and licensed-trade work are not included and are quoted or coordinated separately. This visual visit cannot guarantee that a system will not fail afterward.
Departure Secure

After you leave, we follow the property's written instructions, check accessible doors and windows, confirm authorized climate and utility settings, review lights/appliances and visible conditions, and publish a timestamped photo report.
Winterization, cleaning or hauling, materials, repairs, special-access equipment, security monitoring, and licensed-trade work are not included and are quoted or coordinated separately. Water or utility changes are performed only when the property record contains written authorization; this visual visit cannot guarantee against loss or damage.
Short-Term Rental Inspection
+$13/month per planned inspection · Choose your number of turnover inspections — set up months in your portal
Between guests, a Shore pro walks your rental with your property's own turnover checklist — screens, appliances, remotes, linens and furniture condition, propane, WiFi, A/C, lights — and reports anything off the same day with photos, so problems are fixed before the next check-in and damage can be billed to the right guest. Your default checklist is ready on day one and fully editable in your member portal.
Each inspection is a roughly one-hour documented walkthrough — checklists must stay within that scope (about 20 items within reason). Cleaning, laundry, restocking consumables, repairs, and licensed-trade work are not included; anything found is reported and quoted separately. Not a code or safety inspection.
Year-Round Pest Protection
+$90/month · Four scheduled exterior visits each membership year
Fulfilled by Bug Off Exterminators. Four scheduled exterior treatments a year cover general crawling pests, with interior treatment as needed and unlimited reasonable return visits between scheduled services when provider recommendations are followed. All of Cape May County is covered.
Wood-destroying insects, wildlife, bedbugs, flying insects (including flies and mosquitoes), fleas and ticks, and unapproved specialized infestations are not covered. Bait stations are optional, concern-driven, and quoted separately. Excessive moisture, sanitation, or vegetation issues may require a customer correction before a callback can resolve the issue.
Storm Watch Reserve

Reserve priority for a post-storm exterior visual check, access check, and timestamped photo report in your Shore Home Record.
Not charged today. This is not emergency response, security monitoring, an insurance inspection, or a guarantee against damage. Roof access, ladders, tarping, boarding, debris removal, pumping, repairs, partner work, and unsafe or inaccessible conditions are quoted separately.

Not charged today. Pricing is based on expected frequency and volume after your baseline. Any single item over 100 lbs, or over 100 lbs combined with a dimension longer than 6 feet, requires two people and is quoted separately rather than handled as a routine delivery. Freight or white-glove delivery, oversized or heavy items, assembly, returns, long-term storage, refrigerated, hazardous, controlled, or unusually high-value items, and special-access equipment are extra or may be declined.
