Shore Handyman

Our Process

From vague repair list to documented work.

Shore Handyman helps second-home owners turn scattered property needs into a clear project list, a professional assessment when the scope needs eyes on it, and a fixed-price recommendation before the work starts.

01

Browse the Service Menu

Choose common shore-home repairs, maintenance items, and refresh projects from a clear menu with starting prices and helpful scope notes.

02

Build Your Project List

Add the items you want handled, include context, and tell us what access or timing constraints matter for the property.

03

Book an Assessment or Request Instant Service

Simple eligible work can check out once the property town is inside our territory. Larger or unclear work starts with a $99 professional assessment.

04

Get a Fixed-Price Scope

After the assessment, you get a documented spec sheet — linear footage, exact measurements, material selections, photos, and access details — with a written fixed-price recommendation built on those real numbers, before work begins.

05

Work Gets Done and Documented

For members, completed work, notes, and photos are stored in your Shore Home Record, so every property detail lives in one place.

Why paid assessments?

We do not promise free in-person estimates. A professional assessment produces a documented spec sheet for your project — linear footage, exact measurements, material selections, access notes, and photos — so the written fixed price you receive is built on real numbers, not a drive-by guess. You keep that documentation either way. If you approve the project, $49 of the assessment fee is credited toward the final quote.
